Our History
It all started with a few rehabs in South St. Louis, including our Landmark Award winning St. Louis Hills rehab which sparked our passion for investing in our community. Since those first renovations, we have grown Cornerstone Realty, into a successful, multi-city business.
Currenty serving St. Louis MO, Springfield MO, St. Robert MO, and Dallas TX, we engage in the investment, development and property management of residential real estate and now storage facilities. We are committed to serving our neighborhoods through the creation of newly constructed and renovated boutique-style properties in promising neighborhoods.
Our experience working in communities and through real estate cycles enables us to be trusted stewards of our investors’ money, offering only the most promising investment opportunities to maximize returns.

Lucas underwrites all new investment opportunities as well as managing new development projects. Lucas brings experience in site acquisition and multifamily development from his time at various commercial real estate developers in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Jacob Chimento
Project Coordinator
Since moving to Texas in 2015, Jacob saw the Dallas-Fort Worth area as an obvious opportunity for Cornerstone to expand. Jacob continues to aggregate a network of local and regional construction managers, architects, subcontractors, and financiers to lay the groundwork for a scalable new construction arm of Cornerstone. To date, Jacob and his Dallas associates have put a primary focus on residential neighborhoods surrounding North Texas’ largest medical complex just north of downtown Dallas.
